Pathways to Technology Program
What is P-TECH Rochester?
Pathways to Technology (P-TECH) is a six-year program that blends high school and college, allowing students to earn dual credit, gain real-world experience through mentoring and job shadowing, and complete tuition-free college courses through Monroe Community College. P-TECH students graduate with a Regents diploma and continue on to earn an Applied Associate Degree in Network and Security Administration—all with ongoing support from our teachers and administrators.
With a Network & Security Administration associate degree, you can get entry-level to mid-level roles like Network/Systems Administrator, Cybersecurity Analyst, Help Desk/Support Specialist, Network Technician, or Information Security Analyst, focusing on managing networks, troubleshooting issues, securing systems, and supporting users across various industries. These roles build a strong foundation for advanced positions in cloud computing, penetration testing, and network engineering.
